1月29日 Water QuestionOK I have a question about water for all you nutiritionally-minded folks out there!
How much stuff can you add to your water and it still count as water? I mean decaf coffee doesn't count towards your 60+ daily ounces, even though it's almost all water. What about the little flavor packets? They're sugar-free and no calories, but does it still count? I can see caffeine making it not count, but what about diet caffeine free soda? This may seem like a really dumb question, but it's something I was really wondering about. Does your water have to be PURE water to be beneficial? 评论 (2)
